How an epoxy floor happens

From dusty slab to finished floor

A standard double garage is normally two days on site. Larger commercial floors are staged so you can keep trading.

  1. Inspect and quote

    On-site look at the slab, moisture and existing coatings. Fixed price, no surprises.

  2. Diamond grind

    Old paint, sealers and laitance removed with HEPA dust extraction.

  3. Repair

    Cracks, spalls and control joints filled and ground flush.

  4. Prime and base coat

    Epoxy primer and base coat rolled to full coverage.

  5. Flake and topcoat

    Flake broadcast to refusal, scraped, then clear PU or polyaspartic.

  6. Cure and hand back

    Walk on next day. Vehicles typically 3 to 5 days, product dependent.

Every floor is priced after a site visit because the condition of the slab drives the work. Most residential garages are a fixed price covering grinding, repairs, coating and flake. Send us the approximate size and a couple of photos and we will give you an indicative range straight away.

Do you do small residential jobs?

Yes. Single garages, laundries, sheds, driveways and courtyards are a large part of our week.
