Garage epoxy flake floors
The most popular job we do. A full flake system on a residential garage: diamond grind, crack and joint repair, epoxy base coat, broadcast flake to full coverage, scrape, then a clear polyurethane or polyaspartic topcoat. Choose from a range of flake blends to suit the house, with an optional slip-resistant additive for wet areas and driveways.
Commercial and industrial epoxy
Showrooms, workshops, warehouses, food prep areas and plant rooms. Solid colour epoxy, high-build coatings and line marking. We work around your trading hours and stage larger floors so you can keep operating.
What makes it last
Coatings fail from the ground up. Most of our time on site is preparation: grinding to open the pores of the concrete, removing old paint and sealers, treating moisture and repairing damage. The coating itself is the easy part when the slab underneath is ready for it.

Common questions
Can you epoxy over my old painted garage floor?
Usually, but the old paint has to come off first. We grind it back to bare concrete so the new system bonds to the slab rather than to a failing coating.
Will hot tyres lift the floor?
Not with a properly ground and primed system with a polyurethane or polyaspartic topcoat. Hot tyre pickup is almost always a preparation or product problem, which is why we do not use DIY-grade kits.
How long does a garage take?
A standard double garage is normally two days on site plus cure time. We confirm the schedule in your quote.
